STEP 1 - PREPARE THE VEHICLE FRAME FRAME RAIL BRACE Remove the positive battery cable. With the vehicle on a solid, level surface chock the front wheels. Raise the vehicle by the axle and remove the rear wheels. UPPER AIR SPRING After the removal of the wheels lower the vehicle so the axle rests on jack stands BRACKET LOWER rated to support your vehicles weight. This installation assumes that there is no BRACKET load in the bed of the truck. J-BOLT Your vehicle is equipped with rubber jounce

Important: In order for the air spring to function properly, there must be AIR a minimum of 1/2" of clearance around the air spring. The right-side parking AIR HOSE SPRINGS brake-line must be tied to the brake-line bracket on the axle housing to prevent it from interfering with the normal operation of the left-side air spring see Figure "D". STEP 4 - INSTALL THE PASSENGER'S SIDE ASSEMBLY INFLATION VALVES Follow steps 2 - 5 for assembly and installation of the passenger's side assembly. Note:
