Installing the Device Drivers Installing on Windows Computers After you install the DuoConnect adapter and power on your computer, Windows recognizes the new hardware and automatically opens the Found New Hardware Wizard. Note: It may take longer than usual for your system to start because the operating system is locating the new drivers.
