Raven and PinPoint CDMA User Guide Version 1.12 2 Network Connection The AirLink Raven and PinPoint CDMA modems are capable of providing network connections for 1xRTT, Circuit Switched and SMS data. 2.1 Internet (TCP/IP) Connections via 1xRTT When using the AirLink CDMA modems, remote access to is done via a PPP (TCP/IP) connection to the CDMA network. Attach the antennas, DB-9 cable and power to the back of the modem. 2. Power on the modem, and ensure the On light is lit. 3. Attach the modem to the back of the PC with the provided DB-9 cable
