However, each Caller ID system (and each device, such as a telephone or answering machine) that you connect to the telephone line draws power from the line. MOUNTING THE SYSTEM You can place the System 360 directly on a desk, shelf, or table, or mount it on a wall using the supplied mounting bracket and screws.
