XDVD710 INSTALLATION Preparation Please read entire manual before installation. Before You Start • Disconnect negative battery terminal. Consult a qualified technician for instructions. • Avoid installing the unit where it would be subject to high temperatures, such as from direct sunlight, or where it would be subject to dust, dirt or excessive vibration. XDVD710 OPERATION General Operation Press POWER momentarily to turn the unit on, the unit will beep times. Power On/Off Press and hold POWER for more than seconds, unit will beep 1 time, then turn off. Note: EJECT will still function even if POWER is off. Press OPEN to open or close the monitor. The unit will emit 1 confirmation Monitor Open/Close beep when opening, 3 beeps when closing. Be careful not to not touch the monitor during the open/close sequence. Notes: • The unit will stop

XDVD710 OPERATION General Operation Mode Press MODE to select between TUNER, DVD, AUX IN, XM, iPOD and CAMERA inputs. Modes of operation are indicated in the OSD (On Screen Display) and secondary LCD. Notes: XM tuner and/or iPod (both optional) must be connected to appear in the MODE selection string. Optional Mode Selection With the monitor open, press the top left corner of the screen to display the OSD menu. Press TUNER, DVD, AUX IN, XM, iPOD or CAMERA icon to select the desired source.
