To start Customer Support Tool How to install the Customer Support Tool ● To start Customer Support Tool 1. Download the Customer Support Tool from the web site www.sharpusa.com/registersoftware. 2. Unzip (extract / decompress) the contents of the .ZIP file to a directory where you will use the program.
