Installation procedure Installing the SmarThru software 1. Insert the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. The SmarThru CD-ROM is automatically running and the Samsung SmarThru setup dialogue box will appear. If the Samsung SmarThru setup dialogue box does not appear: 1) Windows 95/98/NT users should select Run from the Start menu. Recommended for most users. In Custom setup, you can select components to be installed. If you select the Custom installation, you may choose the options you want to install. Configuring fax modem and internet connection Note: To configure the internet gate of the SmarThru system, you must enter your e-mail address, SMTP/POP3 server address, POP3 account name and password.
