PC Clone EX Lite Backup Software FAT32 Format Utility The FAT32 format utility in Windows XP is not able to support hard drives exceeding 32GB. In this situation, the FAT32 Format Utility provided by the PC Clone EX Lite software can be used to format a hard drive up to 4 TB. If your hard drive is already formatted, skip this section. 1.
