this technical update provides the DS-DWZZH-05 configuration information that would appear in Chapter 4 of the TruCluster Software Products Hardware Configuration manual. 1.2 DS-DWZZH Overview The DS-DWZZH series UltraSCSI hubs are SCSI-2 and draft SCSI-3 compliant SCSI 16-bit signal converters capable of data transfer rates of up to 40 MB per second. To configure a TruCluster configuration using a DS-DWZZH-05 UltraSCSI hub, follow these steps: 1. Configure and install the DS-DWZZH-05 UltraSCSI hub (Section 2.7.1) 2. Verify that the host adapter termination is installed and cable the host adapter to the DS-DWZZH-05 UltraSCSI hub (Section 2.7.2) 3.
