When driving down an incline, do so by setting the speed adjustment dial to the slowest setting and driving in the forward direction only. YOUR SCOOTER TILLER CONSOLE The tiller console houses all of the controls needed to drive your scooter, including the speed adjustment dial, key switch, status LED, throttle control lever, battery condition meter, running lights switch, and horn buttons.
