1.5. BATTERY REPLACEMENT OF THE TRANSMITTER BELT The transmitter belt operates on a 3-Volt lithium cell, type: CR 2032. 3. MODES 3.1. GENERAL INFORMATION Suunto X3HR has three modes: Time, Training and Memory. To select a mode, press either the up or down arrow. When you change from one mode to another, the name of the new mode is displayed on the bottom row of the display for a short while. 3.2.
