USING THE OVEN    4.1 Precautions and General Advice        When the oven is used for the first time, it should  be heated to the maximum temperature for long  enough to burn off any oily residues left by the    manufacturing process.                           Instructions for the User      4.3 Program selection  This oven has 10 different cooking programs, including:   5 preset programs (P1 to P5);  3 user-editable programs for fan-mode cooking (P6 to P8),  1 preheating program with user-editable temperature and start and end  time (P9),  1 "easy" user-editable program for fan-mode cooking.
