POWERING UP THE CROSS-TRAINER Your Life Fitness cross-trainer may come with either a U.S. power supply or one of several international power supplies. Insert the appropriate power adapter jack into the connector (B) on the back of the cross-trainer. Then insert the plug into the wall outlet.
