Operation HEATER OPERATION The space heater will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature set at the thermostat. To determine a specific temperature, place a thermometer to the sides or rear of the heater 4 - 6 feet (1.2 - 1.8 m) above the floor. STOPPING THE HEATER 1. Set thermostat to lowest setting.
