SECTION 1 SPECIFICATIONS 1.1 DESCRIPTION The Stoelting Futura F144 and F131 w/ Blender countertop combination shake/softserve freezers are gravity fed. The freezers are equipped with fully automatic controls to provide uniform product. The freezer is designed to operate with almost any type of commercial soft serve and shake mixes available, including ice milk, ice cream, yogurt, and frozen dietary desserts.
