Users typically use the first three menus on the list: RETRIEVE JOB, INFORMATION, and PAPER HANDLING. Administrators and service technicians use the other menus, which can be protected with a personal identification number (PIN): CONFIGURE DEVICE, DIAGNOSTICS, and SERVICE.
