6. USING THE GFCI OUTLET (MODEL PI-1500 ONLY) The PI-1500 inverter includes two GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlets located on the right side of the inverter. The purpose of a GFCI outlet is to quickly stop the flow of electricity in the event a ground fault occurs on the device plugged into the inverter’s GFCI outlet. Add an extension cord from the inverter to the TV so as to isolate its power cord and antenna cables from the 12 volt power source. 3.
