6. USING THE GFCI OUTLET (MODEL PI-1500 ONLY) The PI-1500 inverter includes two GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) outlets located on the right side of the inverter. The purpose of a GFCI outlet is to quickly stop the flow of electricity in the event a ground fault occurs on the device plugged into the inverter’s GFCI outlet.
